YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Privacy Pledge

Yourleverage.com, as host of the YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Program, recognizes that your trust is fundamental to the value of the Program for you as a Collector.

Protecting the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information has always been a fundamental principle in our relationship with you, our partner businesses, rewards fulfillment partners and suppliers. This Privacy Pledge tells you now we will ensure the confidentiality and privacy of the information that you entrust us with.

1. Yourleverage.com collects personal information for the following purposes:
   • To administer the YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Program,
     the YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS For Business Program and YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS INCENTIVES, including the management of Collector Accounts, to accurately record and update reward balances;
   • To process Collector redemptions, including the use of a third party fulfillment service provider;
   • To invoice Collector and Business Partner accounts, as appropriate;
   • To communicate information and offers to Collectors, Sponsors and Suppliers;
   • To understand and analyze Collectors responses, needs and preferences;
   • To develop, enhance, market and/or provide products and services to meet those needs; and
   • To enable Collectors to participate in promotions and contests.

From time to time, you may be asked to provide additional personal information. If you choose not to provide this information, it will not affect your ability to collect or redeem YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS.

2. Yourleverage.com will use this information from time to time to promote additional products, services, rewards and special offers from the YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Program and/or its Sponsors and/or partner businesses.
3. Collector information is processed and stored in secure and confidential database on yourleverage.com.
4. Yourleverage.com does not give, rent or sell Collector lists from the YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Program to any organization or individual other than business units of Yourleverage.com, Participating Business of the YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Program and companies contracted to process and manage Collector transactions, redemption requests and communications. In addition, a Collectors specific transaction information from one YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Sponsor is not disclosed to any other YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Sponsor unless initiated by the Collector through collecting additional points.
5. Yourleverage.com respects the privacy of Collectors when promoting products and services. If you do not wish to receive marketing or promotional communications in electronic, printed or verbal format, other than YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Summaries, simply inform us in writing to:

6. Web Site Policy: YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Program collects information on Collector activity through user navigation and the use of tools and functions available on yourleverage.com, sub-domains and partner sites. This information is to be used to understand and analyze Collectors responses, needs and preferences, and to develop, enhance, market and/or provide products and services to meet those needs, In addition, information collected may also be used for the specified purposes of the YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Program as outlined in our YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Privacy Commitment.

Privacy and Cookies. The Website uses two types of "cookies": a "session cookie" and a second which allows us to "set" a cookie. A session cookie resides in memory and persists only as long as the browser is open. This cookie holds only the information that is uniquely generated when you log on to the site and persists only as long as your browser is open. This cookie makes your YOUR LEVERAGE REWARDS Collector Account information available as you browse the Website. Upon your departure from the Website and closure of your browser, the information in the session cookie is removed from memory. In order for the Website online Account Balance and Statements, Order Cards and Order rewards features to function, you must enable the session cookies setting on your browser.
